Here’s another exercise based on George Lawrence Stone’s teachings. This workout is designed to build endurance, speed, and accuracy between your hands. It is a daily routine useful for warming up before a gig or a studio session. Additionally, add accents on the downbeat or upbeat of every beat. Keep on drumming!
